HOW TO PAY:

No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order. All goods are sold subject to availability.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, COLOURS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

We take great care to ensure that the products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the samples displayed on our website, but there may be slight variations in different production runs due to the unique characteristics of natural materials. These variations may include: Product colour may vary slightly from one batch to another. Product texture may vary slightly from one batch to another. All measurements are approximate - please allow a 5% tolerance. Please note that these variations may be more apparent if orders are placed at different times as they may be supplied from different production runs. We reserve the right to make any change to the specifications of our products where necessary.

RETURNS:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/ faulty product or there is a discrepancy with your order, contact us at info@beatricelarkn.com within 5 days of delivery or collection.

No order is binding on you or Beatrice Larkin until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the courier, or on payment in full of the price of the items and any delivery charge, whichever is later.
